WEDNESDAY WISDOM
Through the years, I have had to walk away from people, work situations, personal relationships that no longer served me and were, in fact, causing me mental and emotional fatigue. It's OK to put yourself and your well-being first. And just because you walk away, it doesn't mean that maybe, someday, you can't walk back and re-establish that relationship - but from a healthier place❤

Have you had a challenging day, a hard conversation? Did someone say or do something that just pushed your frustration button?
JUST BREATHE!
Stop what you are doing. Find a quiet place to sit in stillness. Put up a DO NOT DISTURB sign. But take 5 minutes to JUST BREATHE.
Your breath is your built in reset button. USE IT!
Your breathe is the greatest tool you have in your self-care toolbox. USE IT!

A few years back, I used the book Start Where You Are, by Meera Lee Patal, as a personal journal project. Each day I chose a prompt, read the quote and accompanying questions and wrote. It was one of the most successful journaling projects I've ever done. I stuck with it for the whole year! This month, I am going to feature MONDAY MOTIVATION as a weekly way to inspire you, motive you, and hopefully start some interesting conversations. I'm going to share a quote from the book and ask you to respond to the prompt. I hope you will engage and share. Maybe your response motivates you or someone else into action.
