One thing I'm always telling my clients, it's always best to prep the cells to absorb the water. Water chases salt. We may be drinking lots of water, but it may not be absorbed well enough. With tight, cramping muscles, we also need electrolytes to help keep things moving smoothly. So I know a lot of clients don't like aftertaste of electrolytes but are very physically active or out in the sun a bit. This is a light lemonade flavor - and it totally hits the spot!
