This FREE monthly support group, hosted by the 21st Century Rehab team, offers education, conversation, and encouragement in a welcoming environment.
✅ Open to individuals living with Parkinson’s, care partners, family, and friends
📅 Meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 10:30am in the FGH Training Room.
