I get to help you, because I have childcare. The fact that it’s being threatened is a scary thing. I love my child yall, but she cannot come to work with me 😅😅. Please remember that the cost of childcare can be frustrating, but not being able to keep a house over your child’s head or food in their belly is even scarier.

✨ The hard truths clients should keep in mind when they come in for a session! ✨

👉🏼 If you think one massage will fix everything, you may be disappointed. Healing and long term relief takes consistency, and a holistic plan, not just quick fixes.

👉🏼 More pressure isn’t always better. Sometimes it is. But if you’re asking your therapist to “go deeper,” but you’re not able to fully relax into that pressure, you might actually be working against your own body.

👉🏼 Pain isn’t always from “tight muscles.” Sometimes the real culprit is weakness, imbalance, or nervous system dysregulation.

👉🏼 If you’re ignoring strength, mobility, posture, or lifestyle, you’re leaving results on the table. Massage works best when it’s part of the bigger picture.

👉🏼 Every body is different. What worked for your friend might not work for you. Personalized care is always better than cookie-cutter fixes.

✨ After years of hands-on experience (and building a full-time practice), these are the hard truths I wish more clients understood! Massage is powerful, but it’s even more powerful when paired with the right approach. ✨
