Need to step away and nurture your body, mind, and spirit? Come to Soul Spa on Friday, July 18th, 9:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 213 North Pennsylvania Ave, Mason City. We will start and end as a large group with time in the middle for you to explore on your own. Stations offered: seated healing touch sessions, Visio Divina, Labyrinth, creating a mini sacred treasure chest, and refreshments. Wear comfortable clothing and come as you are!
