The Li Jia (family) Tai Chi Chuan 78. Instructor/student Matt performing the routine. This tai chi chuan set was added into the Li Jia repertoire in 1820. This is the 'teaching' version of the routine, a bit simplified for initial teaching purposes. It can be done with more difficult stances, i.e., more full 'cat' stances, 'crane' stances, and more kicking.

This is the Li Jia (family) Tai Chi Chuan 64, performed by instructor/student Matthew. This routine was added to the art in the year 1660 and the way it's done herein is the middle path or "teaching version"...not the simplest version, but not the most difficult either. Like all the Li Jia sets, it is for both health/wellness and martial art purposes.
