Description: Come learn about the practicality of spirituality that is embedded within science. When spirituality and science meet it allows for you to integrate your inner and outer world. When you see your outer world, you see yourself and when you see yourself, you see the outer world. This class helps you to bridge the mystical with the practical in a way that allows you to access your intuition through accessing your nervous system. You will learn the world of the chakras, energy, and nervous system regulation and how together they allow you to access your true self. When you live from an embodied and aligned place, you realize that truly you are the creator of your life. What kind of life do you want to create for yourself?
Bio: Emily Harbacheck is a licensed mental health therapist, certified yoga instructor, certified human design reader, and trauma informed somatic embodiment practitioner. Her love for science and spirituality is what has helped her to learn how the body is the vehicle for spirituality. She is passionate about helping people to take mystical and spiritual concepts and bring them into practicality and physicality of both body and life. She is the owner and founder of Mantra Energy Center, which is a grounded space for women who feel drawn to living and relating in a more embodied, feminine way. It is an online and in person community that understands that healing and transformation arises through presence over performance and is for women who are sensitive, intuitive and inwardly oriented to share their experiences in a real way with safe people.
