One of the most intentional parts of our clinic is the environment itself.

Babies don’t respond to force or urgency, they respond to safety.

The tools you see here aren’t meant to distract or entertain. They’re chosen to help a baby feel oriented, supported, and calm so their nervous system can do its job.

When the body feels safe, change happens more easily (for babies and parents.)

This is often the part parents don’t expect, but end up appreciating most.

Ear infections are one of the most common reasons parents feel stuck between “wait it out” and “what else can I do?”

This is a resource we often point families to when ear infections keep coming up…strategies that can be used alongside or before medical intervention.

This post is meant to educate and empower [🚫not replace medical care] and can be a helpful starting point if your child is prone to ear discomfort or repeat infections.

Natural Remedies for Ear Infections Feb 11 Written By Cassidy Vitzthum Ear infections often occur due to viral illnesses that cause mucus production and fluid stagnation. This ultimately leads to pressure in the ear which causes the ear drum to bulge, become red and cause ear pain. Continue reading....

Infant reflux can be exhausting …for babies and parents.

Many families are told reflux is just about feeding or spit-up, but that isn’t always the full picture. In some babies, discomfort and tension can affect how their body moves, rests, and responds to being laid flat.

This can look like:
• arching or curving during diaper changes
• hating the car seat
• difficulty settling during the day
• side preferences or stiffness

In our clinic, we take a whole-body, gentle approach to infant reflux. We assess posture, movement, and nervous system regulation to help babies feel more comfortable and supported as they grow.

If reflux has you in the trenches, help exists 🤍

The holidays are beautiful… and they’re a lot on the body.

Late nights, different routines, more sitting, more stress, more sugar, less sleep...it all adds up. And your nervous system feels it first.

This week is about gently resetting:
• easing tension
• restoring movement
• supporting your nervous system
• getting back into a rhythm that actually feels good

If your body feels “off” after the holidays, that’s normal.
And it’s also something we can support.

We’ll be back to regular clinic hours next week, and we’re here to help you reset as you head into the new year 🤍

✨ Prenatal
✨ Postpartum
✨ Pediatric
✨ Women’s health & healthy aging

Lately I’ve been having more conversations with women about fatigue, brain fog, and rebuilding strength [specially postpartum & as we age]

One supplement I keep coming back to in clinic is creatine. Not for bodybuilding…but for cellular energy, brain support, and muscle preservation.

I often recommend it for:
*Postpartum recovery
*Active women during or after pregnancy
*Women looking to support healthy aging

Quality matters, which is why I carry Thorne in clinic and through our online dispensary.

As always, supplements aren’t one-size-fits-all . We talk through what makes sense for you.

If you’ve been feeling more depleted than usual, this might be a conversation worth having 🤍

Pregnancy requires your body to increase output long before symptoms appear.

Blood volume increases to support both mom and baby.
Cardiac output rises to meet higher metabolic demand.
Hormones increase ligament mobility, changing joint stability.
Posture and pelvic load shift as your center of gravity changes.

These changes are normal..but they’re also stressors on the nervous system & musculoskeletal system.

Prenatal chiropractic care isn’t about “fixing pain.”
It’s about supporting adaptation, improving balance, and helping your body handle the increased demand of pregnancy with more ease.

Support early. Support intentionally. Your body is doing important work.
