Combining her ingenuity and mobile office shown here, Beltone Hearing Care Professional Bonnie Burnett was able to take care for one of her patients while she was in lock-down at her assisted living residence.

Having recently given her patient a hearing evaluation as part of standard Beltone Care, Bonnie was able to provide “drive-up service” from a lawn chair just outside her patient’s window! Bonnie, the amazing team at the assisted living center and the patient’s daughter, who was able to assist from the “outside”, worked together so that this 98-year young patient now has new hearing aids.

Congratulation to Bonnie and the team at the center for literally working ’outside the box” to help this patient enjoy her best life!
