Worship and large group for adults starts at 7:15pm in the chapel.

When we worship ourselves we also worship our own comfort. We tend to live a lie that we should never feel sadness, pain, discomfort, or experience hardship or trouble. Therefore, we turn to worldly things to comfort us. The world offers unhealthy and temporary fixes.

However, just the opposite is true.
Jesus tells us we will have trouble but guess what:
-We don't have to go through it alone.
-Hardship is the pathway to peace.

What we go through isn't always our choice but HOW we go through it always is our choice.

Happy New Year!
Start your year off right by taking a step towards healing and wellness by taking Step 1 in the 12 steps of recovery at the best place to be on a Friday night.
We are going to discuss Lesson 1, Denial (not a river in Egypt) by discussing some things that we may not have wanted to discuss in the past or that we may not even realize needs discussing.

Dinner at 6:15pm.

Happy New Year Forever Family! Start your new year off with us!
Come join us tomorrow night at the best place to be on a Friday night!
We will be having a regular meeting with dinner at 6:15pm, worship for adult large group starting at 7:15pm, small groups immediately following large group, and programming for all ages.

Hope everyone had a great week!
We will NOT have worship or a large group teaching tonight but we will have dinner and small group time.

Dinner is 6:15-7:15pm.

Adult small groups are 7:15-8:15pm.

CP and the Landing are 7 - 8:15pm. Please pick you kids up promptly at 8:15pm.

Building will close at 8:45pm.

All kids and adults are encouraged to wear their Christmas pjs!

Tonight at the best place to be on a Friday night is our annual Christmas dinner from Cracker Barrel provided by Rivers Crossing. Thank you to the pastors and elders for supporting such an extraordinary ministry. Be sure to thank them when you see them.

CP check in at 7pm. Then right after large group, join up with your kiddos for a special guest!
No small groups tonight but stick around for fellowship, coffee, hot chocolate and cookies.

Come celebrate the birth of our Savior with us at Rivers Crossing! We have 9 services to choose from this year. Bring a the family and some friends.

We DO have CR this Friday and then also come on Friday 12/26 to talk about how the holidays went. :)
