We kicked off the day diving into the history behind this holiday, learning about traditions, legends, and the spirit of celebration that makes St. Patrick’s Day so special!

To wrap up the festivities, we hit the town for our annual pub crawl!

At The Cottage of Mason, our TouchPoint Sensory Programming is designed to spark joy, connection, and meaningful moments for our residents in memory care while focusing on engaging all of our senses.

This week, we’re celebrating the birthday of beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss, and of course, we couldn’t let the occasion pass without engaging all the senses!

As part of our sensory focused activities, we dedicated a special “Day of Tastes” to bring stories to life in the most delicious way.

We started the day with green eggs and ham, obviously, and then we made festive Grinch kabobs!

Touch Point Sensory Programming allows us to connect through sight, taste, smell, touch, and sound, helping our residents stay engaged while celebrating moments both big and small.

And what better way to honor Dr. Seuss than by turning storybook magic into real-life experiences?🏡

Yesterday’s Senior Prom was nothing short of magical. Seeing the joy, confidence, and friendships shine was the sweetest celebration of love and community we could ask for.

We are so grateful to everyone who helped make the evening so special.

We’ll be sending the full album from our photographer out to families soon, so keep an eye out!

A very special visitor stopped by The Cottage of Mason today… and let’s just say we heard a lot of singing, because that is the best way to spread Christmas cheer, after all

Buddy the Elf himself visited The Cottage of Mason!

He brought joy, laughter, and plenty of mischief, and our residents had the most magical surprise.
