Heated yoga has become increasingly popular in recent years, and for good reason. Practicing yoga in a heated room has numerous benefits for both the body and mind. The heat helps to loosen up muscles, allowing for a deeper stretch and greater range of motion. It also helps to increase blood flow, which can improve circulation and boost energy levels. Additionally, the heat can help to detoxify the body by promoting sweating and flushing out toxins.

At our studio, we take heated yoga to the next level with our Signature Y6 Hot set sequence. This sequence is designed to maximize the benefits of heated yoga, while also providing a challenging and invigorating practice. Our sequence includes a series of postures that are specifically chosen to promote strength, flexibility, and balance.
