Alexa's Way was created to improve the level of care and care management for the developmentally disabled community. Alexa's Way is a licensed waiver provider for individuals with development disabilities and each provider is thoroughly screened and selectively chosen. Inspired by Janet b, Alexa’s Way was created when Janet recognized the struggles with appropriate and consistent care as only the closest friend could. Janet’s suggestion of opening an agency, at the time seemed quite overwhelming. However, with one final push Alexa’s Way became a reality. Dru is a certified Independent Provider, Family Advocate, and former paraprofessional, who is highly organized and passionate about providing excellent care. Dru's motto is 'Kindness is our superpower!'
