Kelsey Lee Henry, 73, of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, surrounded by his family, at St. Marys Medical Center. He was retired from ICL-IP America. He was a man of great faith and attended New Hope Bible Baptist
