We are excited to announce that we will be participating in Ohio’s Vaccines For Children Program (VFC)!!

*program is only for Medicaid, uninsured and underinsured patients 0-18 years old

The VFC ODH Immunization Program seeks to prevent 16 vaccine-preventable diseases (listed below) with currently available vaccines:
• Diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis
• Haemophilus influenzae type b
• Hepatitis A
• Hepatitis B
• Human papillomavirus
• Influenza
• Measles, mumps and rubella
• Meningococcal (meningitis)
• Pneumococcal (pneumonia)
• Polio
• Rotavirus
• Varicella (chicken pox)

*The vaccines listed above are free of charge. A vaccination administration fee may apply
