We are excited to announce that we will be participating in Ohio’s Vaccines For Children Program (VFC)!!
*program is only for Medicaid, uninsured and underinsured patients 0-18 years old
The VFC ODH Immunization Program seeks to prevent 16 vaccine-preventable diseases (listed below) with currently available vaccines:
• Diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis
• Haemophilus influenzae type b
• Hepatitis A
• Hepatitis B
• Human papillomavirus
• Influenza
• Measles, mumps and rubella
• Meningococcal (meningitis)
• Pneumococcal (pneumonia)
• Polio
• Rotavirus
• Varicella (chicken pox)

Dr. Michael Bach is a native of the Midwest and grew up in Wisconsin. He completed his residency at Clinton Memorial Hospital/University of Cincinnati Family Practice Residency Program and chose to remain here to practice medicine. Dr. Bach has a special interest in international medical relief efforts, sports medicine, women's health, and preventive medicine. He has extensive volunteer experience both in the United States and abroad. Dr. Bach enjoys doing minor surgical procedures such as lumps and bumps, incision & drainage, warts and skin tags removal, and skin biopsies in the office.

Dr. Ahmed Bayomi is a graduate of the University of Alexandria, Alexandria, Egypt. Dr. Bayomi completed his residency at Clinton Memorial Hospital/University of Cincinnati Family Practice residency Program. He is experienced in multiple clinical disciplines, including Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery and Internal Medicine. As a family physician, He treat a diverse patient population. He enjoys caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds, providing services for infants, children, adolescents and adults. Dr.Bayomi encourages wellness and prevention in his practice. He especially take pleasure in working with patients, striving to understand their unique health concerns, and developing treatment plans that consider the whole patient –not just a disease or set of symptoms
