❗️🔔 UPDATE 🔔❗️

Oxford Physical Therapy is making a change to our EHR system. Earlier this year we instituted our AI scribe and AI billing process in partnership with Athelas. On Tuesday, Feb 24, 2026, we will be moving to the whole entire Athelas platform. This change is to be able to serve you better. The integration of the whole platform will allow us to continue to deliver the finest Physical Therapy in the Greater Cincinnati Area seamlessly. We are excited about some of the new features including an enhanced patient portal with better access to appointments, your home exercises, and more transparent information at the touch of a finger. All of your records will be transferred to the new system, and you can expect no interruption in your ongoing care.

We are excited for the increased efficiency this change will bring our whole team so they can serve you better.

However, we will ask for your patience on Tuesday, February 24th and for the first few days as our team learns all of the new features.

Thanks for choosing Oxford Physical Therapy - and remember Direct Access gives you the right to choose!

🤝Coming soon!

In today’s PT landscape, growth requires infrastructure that keeps documentation seamless and revenue predictable while preserving the rhythm of patient care. And that's why Oxford Physical Therapy is creating space for providers to stay present with patients with Athelas.

As Matt Ernst, VP, Director of Operations, Oxford Physical Therapy Centers says, “At Oxford Physical Therapy our providers enjoy being PTs again! They are burdened with paperwork and can let scribe write the note while they focus on patient care.”

This partnership signals where forward looking therapy organizations are heading, aligning clinical excellence with intelligent systems that support scale, accountability, and long term performance. We’re excited to partner with Oxford Physical Therapy Centers as they continue building a stronger, and efficient future for their teams and the communities they serve.

Welcome to Athelas!
