I may never run a physical marathon, but I'm approaching the finish line of a spiritual one. In 6 weeks, i close the doors to . And I'm determined to not just move on to the next thing. Today, i sat in honor and acknowledgment of the last 8 years. Reading the testimonials from people I've journeyed with, and naming the Evidence of my Evolution.

I am who i say i am. And I've done all the things i said i would do. To ALL those who've engaged LOL over the years, who trusted me, and who let me Love you through my Labors, thank you. If you've been touched by me and my work, I'd love to hear specific feedback.

365 days ago I stepped into Kinetic Surrender - surrendering while moving, being with what is, starting by starting, and when it's time to go, it's time to go.

Today, I journeyed with someone via video call while swinging in a hammock in my bedroom. Then took a call swinging in my egg chair.

In 43 days, will sunset her current formation. I will relinquish my Counseling license and begin journeying with folks as my FULL SELF. No titles, no license, not work... just me walking in my freedom with those who seek to walk in their freedom.

You are invited into a sacred space of healing and intercession, for the souls of Black men, for those connected to them, and for the world we all share.

The Father Wound is not only personal, it is ancestral and collective. It is the ache passed down through generations of grief, loss, love, abandonment, silence, desire, absence, joy, devotion, and harm. It lives in the body, in memory, in the myths and stories we carry. It lives in us all, regardless of gender, as a wounded masculine spirit longing to be seen, held, honored, and revitalized.

Healing this wound requires more than insight. It requires presence. Intimacy. The willingness to sit with what hurts and surrender ourselves to a higher healing power. This is what we are inviting you into: a communal act of soul-washing. Of prayer. Of sacred healing. For him, for you, for us.

Through gospel music, embodied prayer, and personal reflection, we will journey together to release grief, honor truth, and make room for medicine.

This ceremony holds space for the full spectrum of feeling that Father’s Day can bring—celebration, sorrow, longing, joy, anger, love, and silence. All of it and all of you is welcome here.
