CCI - COI We are a family owned business that has been around for 27 years. We provide care and resources for (COI/Options) and Community Concepts, Inc.

Full Range of Support for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in Ohio

The Community Options, Inc. (CCI/Concepts) administration building is strategically located in southwest Ohio within the City of Mason. The ownership and management of both agencies are the same, and together offer a broad spectrum of services for individuals with developmental disabilities throughout southern Ohio. The required credentials and funding are what set the agencies apart. LEADING THE WAY WITH A BROAD SPECTRUM OF SERVICES:

Options is a certified residential, vocational, and transportation agency. Services Include:
- COI Residential Services
(IO Waiver, Level One Waiver, Supported Living)
- Non-Medical Transportation Services
- Adult Day Programs
- Specialized Services
Our OPTIONS are plentiful. Concepts is a licensed and certified residential ICF/IID agency. Services Include:
- CCI Residential Services (ICF/IID)
- Individualized Habilitation & Programming
- Comprehensive Care
- Behavioral Supports
