Emily’s story is proof that community mental health services work. They made it possible for her to pursue law school, marriage, and stability.
We need to protect the system that makes stories like hers possible.

Lead a team. Shape care. Elevate TLC. 💼✨

We’re hiring a Clinical Supervisor (Care Monitor) in Mason or Flint to mentor therapists, oversee treatment planning, and build a culture where staff and clients thrive. If you’re a licensed LMSW, LPC, or LMFT ready to make a real impact, we want you.

Why TLC? Because under our new 2025 leadership, we’re focused on a workplace that supports you, celebrates your wins, and values your expertise every day.

Crossover Outreach’s Winter Coat Program Begins November 4th!

Every November, Crossover Outreach begins our Winter Coat Program to help keep local families warm through the cold months.

As part of our regular clothing program, children will receive a NEW winter coat, hat, gloves, and boots (as available based on size and supply.) — while supplies last. We also have a limited number of gently used adult coats available for those in need.

Please note:
✅ This is NOT a coat/boot giveaway — it’s part of our ongoing clothing assistance program.
✅ Referrals are required if you’ve been to Crossover before.
✅ Please bring your MDHHS summary showing that the children are on your case.

We’re also accepting donations of gently used adult coats (all sizes) to help more neighbors stay warm this winter!

Together, we can make sure everyone in our community is wrapped in warmth and kindness this season.

Michigan’s mental health system works for the public. A new plan could cost more, be less transparent, and hurt tens of thousands in recovery.

Give those feelings a little attention before they startle you later, and here are a few ideas:
*Try naming what you’re feeling out loud,
*jotting a quick brain dump, or
*taking a five-minute walk.

Small check-ins like these make emotional avoidance way less spooky.
