On August 23rd, we hosted the first annual Legacy picnic, welcoming back residents who completed the program. It was a heartwarming experience! Residents had the opportunity to share their experiences and the changes they have made in their lives.

Two common themes came out of that. First, HOPE was discovered for the residents while they were in treatment with us. Second, life is going to have its ups and downs and they feel better equipped to manage that journey through their life with living. They were each given a frame with a quote from Marsha and graphs showing some of their scores at admission and discharge. Tears were shed, laughs were had and lives have been changed.
