In Yoga for Strength we combine dynamic strengthening and stretching poses, accompanied by invigorating music, to build both physical and mental resilience. These postures will help to enhance strength across legs, hips, core, arms, and back while being a low-impact approach that promotes joint health and boosts focus.

It all starts with the basics. My goal for you is a good foundation of how to do basic yoga postures in a way that is good for your body. You may not look like the cover of a yoga magazine, and THAT's OK!
Yoga is for everyone and if you learn the basics you can enjoy it for your entire life.
