In Yoga for Strength we combine dynamic strengthening and stretching poses, accompanied by invigorating music, to build both physical and mental resilience. These postures will help to enhance strength across legs, hips, core, arms, and back while being a low-impact approach that promotes joint health and boosts focus.

Yoga is for everyone and if you learn the basics you can enjoy it for your entire life.

Today is the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year. Various cultures have celebrated it for thousands of years. The solstice marks the beginning of winter, symbolizes the rebirth of the sun, and reminds us that we live in an ever-changing world.
The solstice is a wonderful time for introspection and renewal. This time of year, with its inherent stillness and quiet, is perfect for turning inward, making it an ideal period for yoga and meditation practices.
