🌟 Stop Denying Yourself the Cookie — Here’s Why You Don’t Have To! 🍪
Let’s talk about the 80/20 Rule in eating — and why it might just change the way you think about food (and finally quiet that loud, nagging food noise in your head!).
The 80/20 rule means you aim to eat nutritious, whole foods about 80% of the time, and allow yourself room for flexibility, fun, and flavor the other 20%. That means YES — you can have the cookie. Or the pizza. Or the glass of wine.
🥗 80% = nourishing meals, mindful eating, real food
🍕 20% = joy, social food, cravings that don’t need to be feared
Here’s the truth: You don’t need to eat perfectly to be healthy. You need to eat consistently and sanely.
When you label foods as “good” or “bad,” you give them power. The result? Food noise. Guilt. Overthinking.
But when you allow flexibility, that voice in your head starts to quiet down. You stop obsessing. And suddenly, that cookie isn’t a big deal — it’s just a treat. Not a cheat.

Learning to control your eating habits isn’t about restriction — it’s about self-trust.

✨ The goal is to build habits you can sustain for life, not rules you break every weekend.

Our Story

Trinity Fitness has been established for the busy person who may not be able to make the 9am class at the gym or the 5:30pm, or the 7:30pm!!! Or for the person, who does not want to work out in a gym...It can be tough to go to the gym. IF you can't make a class and you do not know how to use equipment or have a plan, the gym can be intimidating. There are plenty of excuses...I know. Even though I am extremely comfortable in a gym setting, I am now a mother of three children who are always on the go. When we did have down time, they did not want to sit in the children's room at the gym. So I stopped going. With Trinity Fitness, I will come to you. Let your children have down time in their own room! Or if down time at home does not work, I will meet you on the go! Perhaps your children are of the furry, four leg kind...I can help you work out while walking or playing with your furry child. My goal is to help as many people as I can become active, healthy, and happy in the environment which will inspire them. Your Body. Your Workout. Your Time,
