Obsessing over this right now. I could probably talk for hours about what this means and how it applies to individuals. Each person and disease is so different and how each person handles a disease is different. That’s why Acupuncture looks at the entire individual instead of just the disease to help you heal. ✨

I love this quote from The Canine Herbalist 🌿

Lately I’ve been incorporating herbs into my dog’s routine—and today, since he didn’t need his blend, I took it myself. It’s amazing for supporting allergies and the nervous system.

What I really appreciate about herbal support is that it’s not about masking symptoms—for either of us. It’s about nourishing and strengthening the organs connected to the issue, helping the body find balance and prevent problems before they start.

Herbs aren’t meant to be used forever—they’re gentle, purposeful, and designed to address the root cause, not just the surface. 🌱

“OH MY GOD IS THAT NORMAL?” 😋 we get this question a lot when people bruise. Unfortunately bruises do happen occasionally and unfortunately acupuncture bruises can get dark and ugly (but not painful, which is good!). While it doesn’t happen often, if you are someone who bruises easily, has low iron (like me!), on blood thinners or on the paler side it can happen. Don’t worry, it’s totally normal! A little heat, massage and arnica cream will have it healing in no time. While the goal is never to bruise anyone, if it does happen there’s no need to panic ✨
