Sensational Development Occupational Therapy Sensational Development Occupational Therapy, PLLC is a private practice located in Massapequa and East Northport, NY.

Sensational Development was founded in 2009 by Patricia Rutledge, OTR/L and Sara Pereira MS,OTR/L. Sensational Development is a pediatric occupational therapy practice with two locations, one in Massapequa and a satellite office in East Northport. Patti and Sara have created a place where children can feel safe and welcomed. We educate parents on the areas of development that are impacting their child's day to day activities. Sara and Patti saw the need for private occupational therapy services within their community and created a place that could help children and parents grow and thrive. We understand the importance of working with the child’s whole team to support the development of the child and the parents’ journey.
