We may be little but we are lots of love...

If someone would have said that my love of yoga would have blossomed into what it is today I would have laughed. I used to threaten all the time to quit my job and open a yoga studio. Nothing like an angry redhead screaming about how they are miserable and going to go find inner peace. But one day I did just that, well I don’t know that I found my inner peace that day, but I did open a studio and quit my job. The Massena Yoga Studio has grown into a little community of people who love to laugh, breathe and move together. I am so grateful for all the teachers and students who make my heart so full. May you always be happy, healthy and free from suffering.
