In this Vin to Yin practice, we’ll begin with slow, intentional vinyasa to awaken the body and connect to breath, then transition into long-held yin poses that encourage surrender, presence, and inner clarity. This class offers space to let go of what no longer serves and plant seeds for the year ahead.
