We’re excited to host our second Dementia Caregiver Support Group two weeks from today, on Thursday, June 4th at 4PM!

This meeting's discussion will focus on options available when caring for a loved one at home is no longer possible. Our Admissions Director will walk through what the transition into long-term care may look like, while our Medicaid Specialist will provide guidance on how to apply for Medicaid when the time comes.

This group is open to the public, and all are welcome to attend. Please RSVP to Erica via text at 330-437-5505. We look forward to seeing you there!
