We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) open to persons of all ages regardless of ability to pay or health insurance status. A vote on Ohio’s 340B Pharmacy Access Act is a vote for dental care access!

✅ A YES vote helps keep dental services available, supports Community Health Centers, and ensures patients across Ohio can get the oral health care they need—close to home.
❌ A NO vote puts dental access at risk, leading to fewer services, higher costs, and more patients delaying care or turning to emergency rooms.

Community Health Centers use 340B savings to support dental providers, expand access, and deliver essential oral health services—so they can remain a Provider of Choice, Employer of Choice, and Partner of Choice.

The Tyler Scott Lancaster Foundation (TSL Foundation) in Canton, Ohio, is a non-profit organization dedicated to diabetes awareness, education, and community support. Founded by the Lancaster family, the foundation supports individuals affected by diabetes through community events, educational programs for youth, and fundraising initiatives.
