We may not have gotten her all the way into the pool, but we brought a little bit of the pool to her. The natural spring water gave her quite the surprise… and us quite the memory. Natural spring water: beautiful, refreshing, and about 50% colder than you expect! 🥶 She handled it like a champ, but her reaction is priceless. 🥶 💕

MH&R appreciates the continued generosity of Motley County and surrounding communities. We were able to give back to more of our surrounding schools. We were able to deliver more supplies to Floydada and Valley. The brown bags were decorated by our residents. We are praying for the students, staff, administrators, coaches, and parents as they are preparing for the 2025-2026 school year. 📚✏️

Our residents soaked up the fresh air, enjoyed the peaceful poolside view, and shared lunch outdoors—it was the perfect summer outing! 🏖️🍴

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing team and community helpers who made it possible, including our local ambulance service for going above and beyond to help transport a resident so they wouldn’t miss out. 🚑💙

Schedule:
🗓 Every Other Weekend
🕒 Friday – Sunday

1x 12-Hour Shift

2x 16-Hour Shifts

What We Offer:

👩‍🍳 This Month’s Cooking Class: Homegrown Goodness! 🥒🧈

This month, our residents got a taste of farm-fresh fun by baking homemade zucchini bread using garden-grown zucchini—and making shaken butter from scratch! 🧈💪

With a little elbow grease and a lot of laughter, we shook our way to creamy, delicious butter to enjoy with warm slices of zucchini bread. It was a perfect blend of hands-on activity and heartwarming nostalgia.
