This afternoon we tried our hands at cake decorating and let our inner Picasso shine! 🎨✨ We mixed Kool-Aid packets with vanilla icing to create some bright, colorful designs. There were lots of laughs, creativity, and unique masterpieces… and of course, we enjoyed eating all our hard work afterward! 🤣🍰

Today we had our community Easter egg hunt and it was such a sweet day. 🐣🐰Kids from the community came out to hunt eggs and had an absolute blast! Our residents enjoyed sitting outside and watching the fun, while others watched from their windows. Some of the kids even shared their eggs with the residents, which was so heartwarming to see. And of course… a few of our staff members couldn’t resist joining in on the fun and hunting a few eggs themselves! It brought lots of laughter and smiles to everyone watching. It was a beautiful reminder of how special it is when our community comes together. 🪺🐣🐰

Today we pause to reflect on the meaning of Good Friday — a day that reminds us of sacrifice, grace, and the depth of God’s love for us all. Through His sacrifice, we are given hope, mercy, and the promise of new life.

The end of March and the first few days of April have been a whirlwind of fun and activity. We made pipe cleaner flowers, enjoyed a do it yourself trail mix station, tested our reflexes with a balloon cup game, helped the Easter bunny get ready for his visit to the facility tomorrow afternoon and finished today up with a nice relaxing afternoon in the shade enjoying the nice breeze and lovely weather.

We finished off the day with a sweet ice cream social! Residents enjoyed a tasty treat while relaxing and visiting together.

This afternoon we celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with a lively game of balloon volleyball set to fun Irish music! 🎶💚
There were lots of laughs, smiles, and just the right amount of friendly competition as everyone got into the holiday spirit. A lucky day filled with fun and movement! 🍀✨

This afternoon we enjoyed a festive Margarita Monday Social hosted by Chelle's Garden! Residents had their choice of regular, strawberry, or watermelon margaritas while enjoying chips with spinach dip, queso, and salsa.
A big thank you to Chelle’s Garden for helping us create such a fun and relaxing afternoon for our residents! 💚

Yesterday afternoon we got creative and salt painted four-leaf clovers! Residents had fun watching the paint spread across the salt and bring their lucky clovers to life. It was a relaxing and colorful way to spend the afternoon while celebrating a little extra luck! 💚
