A Journey Back to Strength 💙
When Drayton arrived at Meadowbrook, he had already been through a great deal. After losing his wife, his health declined rapidly, leading to significant weight loss, serious complications, and emergency surgery.
He came to us weak and deconditioned, facing a long road ahead.
But day by day, he kept showing up.
With the support of our interdisciplinary team and his own quiet determination, Drayton began to rebuild his strength, improve his nutrition, and work toward independence. What once felt overwhelming became manageable, and steady progress followed.
Now, Drayton is returning home.
