We are excited to announce that Randall "R.J." Kropp is our new administrator for Mathews. With over 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare administration, RJ brings a remarkable history of operational transformation, financial turnaround, and compassionate care across a wide range of senior living and rehabilitation environments.
RJ holds a Master of Arts in Health and Human Services Administration from St. Mary’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University. His career spans executive roles in skilled nursing facilities, CCRCs, and non-profit organizations across multiple states, including North Carolina, West Virginia, New Mexico, Minnesota, and Ohio. R.J. and his wife have eight kids combined and several grandchildren. In their free time, RJ and Laura love outdoor activities such as salt water and freshwater fly fishing, skiing, hiking, and biking. RJ also serves on the Timberline ski area ski patrol.
