e in diabetes care. The Health Center is led by a diverse and dedicated Board of Directors, a seasoned senior leadership team and other staff members, who represents the communities served. MCHC is a founding partner of Boston HealthNet, and is affiliated with Boston Medical Center and Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Partners HealthCare.
