🌟A little something special for all of the Mothers. Bring your mom, daughter, friend and join us for Pilates class.❤️
🌟In honor of all the ladies, please come join us for class and stick around for some light refreshments, some socializing, flowers, and use our magnificent infrared sauna.
Sauna will be available for 20 minute use. You may reserve your time prior or see what is available the day of.

At CSP, we see it and hear it from our clients! Doing Pilates regularly helps them feel and move better in their bodies. Daily activities become easier, less painful. From activities like shoveling, cutting down trees, getting up off of the floor, playing with and carrying kids, throwing a softball, to simply climbing on a pool raft without falling off! We believe in the Pilates method!
This introductory package allows you to have 3 sessions focused on you to teach you the ins and outs to feel successful in your Pilates journey!

We couldn’t go through March without having a Pilates mat class! March Matness anyone?!

The mat is where the Pilates method began. Before the reformer became the industry’s most popular apparatus, mat was where it’s at!
The Pilates mat workout can be just as challenging (sometimes more so), and very accessible for many bodies, as well as at a lesser price point.
