At CSP, we see it and hear it from our clients! Doing Pilates regularly helps them feel and move better in their bodies. Daily activities become easier, less painful. From activities like shoveling, cutting down trees, getting up off of the floor, playing with and carrying kids, throwing a softball, to simply climbing on a pool raft without falling off! We believe in the Pilates method!
This introductory package allows you to have 3 sessions focused on you to teach you the ins and outs to feel successful in your Pilates journey!
