i am offering you a way to tap into your own intuition and higher guidance .
first of all
just take time morning and night and any other time you feel the need ,
to just sit quietly with your eyes closed and breath
deeply and slowly
letting go of anything on your mind to be fully in the moment
then if you have a question ,
just say in your head the question and listen to the first feeling, message and vision you get.
everyone has their own way of getting guidance from their higher self.
another cool way to tap into your intuition/ higher guidance is automatic writing
i have been experimenting with it and i feel my angels/ my higher self is always telling me the right thing to know and do.

the best way is to start with being grateful, thankful and appreciative of who you are, and whatever else you can be grateful for
and then focus on what you desire to see , feel, or experience in your life.
grateful hearts make for a better energy/ vibration which helps us move forward in a more positive way
affirmations, visualizations, meditations, singing, dancing.laughing, finding joy in every day things, smiling, hugging and enjoying life in what is most positive is the best way to increase the chances of a good day and life!
