👁️ Ever notice how much our eyes can reveal about our health?

This video shows a condition called nystagmus—involuntary movement of the eyes. It’s one of many things we spot (sometimes literally!) in a day at the eye clinic.

As a primary care optometrist, I never know exactly what’s coming through the door. And that’s what I love most about my job. From blurry vision to eye infections to more complex conditions like this, the variety keeps every day fresh and rewarding.

You don’t have to wait until something feels “wrong” to get your eyes checked—your vision (and overall health) will thank you for regular visits! 👓💙
