As we close out 2025, I’m reflecting with gratitude.

This year marked continued growth for Sophrosyne Wellness — supporting individuals, professionals, and organizations in meaningful ways while also navigating expansion, leadership, and learning across multiple spaces.

Work took priority, and I’m proud of what was built. Meaningful, aligned work is part of our wellbeing.
