Rosy Crumpton, National Board Certified and Duke Integrative Medicine Trained and Certified Health Coach, is passionate about and has professional experience in behavioral health and wellness coaching. She has helped people achieve their personal and professional goals, improve nutritional habits, manage stress and anxiety, control blood pressure, reduce stress, build relationships, improve exercise and movement habits, sleep better, identify and practice intentional self-care, and more. This year marked continued growth for Sophrosyne Wellness — supporting individuals, professionals, and organizations in meaningful ways while also navigating expansion, leadership, and learning across multiple spaces.

Work took priority, and I’m proud of what was built. Meaningful, aligned work is part of our wellbeing.

Feeling grateful for this recent 5-star review from one of my coaching clients!
