Rosy Crumpton, National Board Certified and Duke Integrative Medicine Trained and Certified Health Coach, is passionate about and has professional experience in behavioral health and wellness coaching. She has helped people achieve their personal and professional goals, improve nutritional habits, manage stress and anxiety, control blood pressure, reduce stress, build relationships, improve exercise and movement habits, sleep better, identify and practice intentional self-care, and more. Through explorative conversations using her background, education, and experience in psychology and integrative health coaching, Rosy works with each person to provide support on envisioning their best health, as well as guidance and resources to carry out personal and professional goals.
