I’m excited to share a bit more about my upcoming talk at the 4-day event on obesity!
While the retreat will cover many important topics, my focus will be on food itself, how we truly nourish our bodies to support health. This isn’t about counting calories or tracking macros. It’s about the quality of the foods we eat, the nutrients they provide, and how they influence our microbiome.
The science behind this is constantly evolving, and I can’t wait to explore these insights with attendees, moving beyond numbers and toward real, holistic nourishment.
