Posture check! Here are three easy habits we recommend to avoid pain and improve your posture.

1. 📱Empty your back pockets! Sitting on your phone/wallet can tilt the pelvis and cause distortion over time.
2. 🧍‍♂️🧍‍♀️Work at a standing desk or sit up straight to help push your hips forward for less slouching. Take breaks as needed.
3. 🖥️ Raise your computer monitor to eye level to take pressure off your neck and shoulders.
