🎄 This morning, our Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Jesse Coward, attended the Dream Weavers of Matthews Basket Guild Christmas lunch and gift exchange. We are so grateful for their generosity—this year they provided 28 Christmas gift baskets for our patients and continue to supply hygiene baskets year-round. Thank you for supporting our community with such kindness and care!

Their belief in strengthening families and nurturing emotional well-being directly aligns with the work our team does every day. With this support, our behavioral health team can continue providing compassionate counseling and case management for uninsured and low-income parents, teens, and young adults—helping families navigate challenges like trauma, housing instability, food insecurity, and other stressors that impact overall wellness.

When caregivers are supported, children can thrive. Thanks to Charlie’s Heart Foundation, we’re able to deliver holistic, wraparound care that empowers families, builds resilience, and creates brighter, healthier futures.

We’re grateful for the NCDHHS Office of Rural Health and their support through the Community Health Grant. Their partnership helps us address social determinants of health—like food insecurity—by stocking our patient shelf with essential staples and providing Thanksgiving meals for families in need.
