Pain and stress is not a necessary part of life, yet so many have allowed their goal of wellness to be something to be achieved "another day." With over 20 years as a massage therapist, as well as a massage instructor, my experience will be used to help you feel the best you can feel. Some of my personal achievements in the field of Massage Therapy include:

Having graduated from the most rigorous and in-depth clinical massage program in North America. The 3,000 hour, 3 year program at The West Coast College of Massage Therapy, in British Columbia trained me to understand the human body in fantastic depth. It also showed me how to use the body to optimize wellness, health, and pain reduction for many conditions. Also, of great importance, I learned that not everything benefits from any kind of massage. There are times when massage is more beneficial than others. I'd be glad to offer a free consultation to discuss how massage can help you. I am a subject matter expert and writer for the licensure exam almost all massage therapists in the United States. Several authors of massage therapy books have honored me by asking me to review parts of textbooks. I am proud to have my name in five textbooks so far. I have been a teacher of massage therapy since 2005. For seven years at a school, and currently for massage continuing education.
