Wanting to add strength training to your routine, but not sure if you can 𝘧𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘯? Try adding body weight moves to your walks such as 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝘀 and 𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀. Try stopping every few minutes or at certain landmarks (a certain mailbox or stop sign). Maybe even try a pair of wrist or ankle weights!💪
