You guys showed up for Bliss’ first week at Redux Massage!! There are only two appointments left on her schedule. Jess is still out on Medical leave and we will keep you all posted on her return date. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers regarding her recovery! She will be back before we know it:)

We got the right to bear arms over here.. and we bear em big time. While we are on the subject, let’s talk about pressure preference. The amount of pressure you prefer is relative. If you receive regular bodywork, the pressure your muscles can take will be more tolerant. If you are new to massage therapy or haven’t received a massage in a while, your pressure tolerance won’t be as strong. The “no pain no gain” mentality is tired. Your massage should feel productive, not painful. At Redux, we will work through this scale together and figure out what pressure is best for you;) So when we ask you what your pressure preference is, don’t you dare say “as deep as you can!” Or “you can’t hurt me” because I guarantee you we can. Don’t let these tiny bodies fool you.. Cause we are packing HEAT in these arms, Boi.
*fyi the amount of time I spent creating this masterpiece on is almost embarrassing but I’m sensitive about my art so be nice:)
