In order to kickstart our fundraising season for Alzheimer’s, we are teaming up with bloomfield_garden_center and we are selling hanging baskets! Orders and money have to be in by April 24th and orders will be ready for pickup by May 1st! Today our residents from Brookstone Estates took a delicious trip down memory lane with an outing to the original Burger King!

There’s nothing like a classic burger, great conversation, and a little adventure to make the day special. Our residents enjoyed getting out, sharing stories, and of course savoring those famous flame-grilled favorites.

Outings like these are a wonderful way to stay active, connect with friends, and enjoy the community around us. Days like today remind us that the best memories are made together! ❤️

Today our hearts — and hands — were hard at work in the community. ❤️

Staff and residents from Brookstone had the wonderful opportunity to spend time serving lunch at The Haven. It was a meaningful day filled with smiles, conversation, and the simple joy of sharing a warm meal with neighbors who needed it.

At Brookstone, we believe community doesn’t stop at our doors. Our residents love giving back and staying involved, and today was a beautiful reminder that kindness and compassion can make a real difference.

We are so proud of our amazing residents and team members who helped make today so special. Together, we truly live out the spirit of caring.
