🧠💜 Coping Skills for Mental Wellness 💜🧠

Taking care of your mental health is a daily practice—and small steps really do matter. This graphic highlights simple, effective ways to support your well-being emotionally, physically, socially, mentally, and creatively.

Whether it’s taking a walk, reaching out to a trusted person, practicing gratitude, praying or reflecting, or doing something creative you enjoy—there is no “one right way” to cope. What matters most is finding what works for you.

Remember: it’s okay to pause, ask for help, and take things one day at a time. Recovery and wellness are possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. 💜

Cumberland County — We Need Your Voice!

Today is the LAST DAY to complete the Cumberland County ROSC Community Survey!

We are working hard to strengthen recovery supports, reduce stigma, and ensure individuals and families have access to the resources they need. But we can’t do that without YOU. 💜

Please take a few minutes to complete our survey before the deadline tonight.
Your feedback helps us:
• Identify gaps in services
• Understand what resources our community needs most
• Improve support for individuals and families impacted by substance use and mental health
• Guide future programs and funding

Every response truly makes a difference.
Your voice helps shape a healthier, more connected Cumberland County.

Take the survey today and share widely — this is your last chance!
Thank you for being part of the solution.
