Happy Monday, sweet friends!! Last week in Kundalini yoga class, I spent time working with the goddess Kali energy. It was invigorating and meditative. The tender rage of the divine feminine burning off and lighting up, followed by release and integration. Pure alchemy. ❤️‍🔥
