What are you grateful today? I have been practicing each morning waking up earlier than usual and meditating on gratitude. It really puts me in an optimal mental space before I start my day.

Some of my favorite aromatic scents for invoking a feeling of gratitude are magnolia, tangerine, geranium and bergamot. This is a great blend to add in the diffuser to start your day!
