Last week, a few members of our team had the incredible honor of partnering with the Maumee Chamber of Commerce to visit local veterans in our community and listen to their inspiring stories. 🇺🇸 Their bravery, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to our country are stories we will never forget.

As part of this heartfelt initiative, we were proud to help recognize these veterans by presenting them with personalized yard signs, sponsored by the Maumee Chamber, Amada Senior Care Co, FASTSIGNS, Rehabilitation Hospital of Northwest Ohio, The Mirror Newspaper and PHC. These signs are a small token of our deep gratitude for all they've done for our country.

A huge thank you to the Maumee Chamber for their support in making this event possible. To all the veterans who shared their stories—your courage continues to inspire us and reminds us of the true meaning of service.

Partners in Home Care, L.L.C. is a Local, Nurse-Owned, Home Health Agency. Together, the family has over one-hundred years of experience serving in the fields of business and healthcare. We are Joint Commission Accredited and Medicare Certified.

PHC Home Care is pleased to provide the following service lines: Skilled Nursing Services, Medical Social Work Services, Home Health Aide Services, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Private Pay Services. We are eligible to accept most insurance types.

We are pleased to announce that effective August 15, 2017, Professional Health Care, L.L.C., experienced a change of management. Although our legal name has changed to Partners in Home Care, L.L.C., we will still be known as PHC Home Care. Our employees will continue to meet your needs and provide the highest quality of home healthcare available; therefore, you should not feel any disruption. We realize that this will be a time of transition. However, we hope this journey will be met with patience and understanding.
