Hello everyone! 🌺

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to all of the new followers! For those who don’t know me, my name is Stephanie, I’m the owner and licensed massage therapist behind Nalu Wellness Center.

The name Nalu was inspired by a trip to Hawaii my husband and I took on our honeymoon. I fell in love with the culture, the pace, the energy and the meaning behind the word “Nalu,” which means “wave” in Hawaii. 🌊 It reminded me that life, much like the ocean, comes in waves; moments of waiting, resting, and pursuing.

My motto has always been:�“Life flows in waves, enjoy the journey.”

In 2025, my husband built our entire wellness studio by hand, turning a long-time dream into the space that Nalu Wellness is today.

With over 18 years of experience in both chiropractic and spa settings, I’ve developed my own style of massage, one I like to describe as therapeutic work with a relaxation flow. A blend that nurtures the mind, body, and soul as one.
