Our mission is to provide safe and effective fitness and wellness through classes and private sessions, while focusing on the essence of each individual we serve. The staff at Essence is focused on looking at each client as an unique individual with his/her own personal needs when it comes to fitness and wellness. The studio offers many different training techniques with a certified staff member who is extensively trained and experienced in working with individuals seeking to improve or maintain their health and well-being.
