Attention Team Captains!

Buddy Walk t-shirt pick-up begins today starting at 10am!

We will have pick-up at our DSAGT please note, the new location - 204 West Wayne 223B Maumee, OH 43537. If you're in a hurry, you can do Curbside Pick-up at our Front Door and call the number on the signs to let us know you're here, or if you want to stop in and visit, you can park in the lot behind the building and come in the back door.

Are you a photographer that's interested in using your talent to help give back to your community? DSAGT has the perfect opportunity for you!

We're looking for photographers who would like to volunteer their time to help us capture our 2025 Toledo Buddy Walk happening on Sunday, October 5 at Owens Community College.

Musical Minis is a playful and engaging music program for toddlers and school-age kids with Down syndrome! Created through our long-standing partnership with Heartstring Melodies, this program uses singing, movement, instruments, and interactive fun to spark joy, support early development, and build connections — all in a musical setting made just for little ones!

When a new family gets a Down syndrome diagnosis, they're often left feeling lost, scared, and uncertain of what the future holds.

When they get connected to DSAGT they're met with congratulations and a soft place to land. They're welcomed into a community with open arms, waiting to lift them up. Thanks to our donors, we're there to provide resources, answer questions, connect them to other families walking the same path.

Supporting new families is some of the most delicate and important work we do, because we believe early support sets families up for success for a lifetime, we certainly know the friendships do.

One of our most popular programs we host is our OpenSpot Theatre workshop! The impact this program has had on our participants is hard to describe in just a few words. The confidence that has grown in every participant, the friendships that have been built, the creativity they show in each performance, it's unlike anything we've ever experienced with one of our programs. It's why we now offer it 3 times a year!

We hear from many parents that their child talks about going to OpenSpot all week and can't wait to see their friends there. At DSAGT, we cover nearly 75% of the cost of this program, so that money is never a barrier to entry for families.
